Your pet's well-being is our #1 priority. The welfare of your pet is as important to us as it is to you! When you board your pet with us, you will be able to enjoy your time away knowing he or she is receiving the best care possible. Paradise Pet Hotel strives to provide our guests with an environment that exceeds the basic necessities. Each guest has his/her own spacious indoor/outdoor quarters. The clean, fresh-air environment provides for natural activity and normal routines. We have daily activities for our guests.

INCLUDED AMENITIES:

Safe, clean and spacious indoor/outdoor (4x8 inside/outside) guest suites. We also offer 3×5 and 4×5 indoor suites located in our new building.
Cots, bedding and food/water bowl will be provided.
Geo-Thermal Floors, heating, air conditioning and a fresh air exchange system.
Special diets and medications administered, (extra charge for medications).
Careful monitoring of feeding, eliminations and behavior.
Fussy eaters? no worries, we will hand feed if necessary.
All day surround sound music with canine lullabies at night.
Secure indoor/outdoor exercise and play areas.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:

Our rates include all day supervised playtime (extra charge for pool time).We would like all boarding pets to arrive by 3 pm.

All dogs over 9 months of age must be spayed or neutered to be mingled in the daycare groups.
During our “closed” weekend hours all boarding dogs are still being attended to.
Boarding staff will be here 24 hours a day if a blizzard is expected and travel is hazardous.
If a departure bath is requested (for an additional charge) it will be given on the day of departure. (We do not give baths on Saturday)
Our boarding rates are charged per day.
Check Out Time: 12:00 pm. Any Guests staying past check-out time will be charged for an additional day of boarding.
Saturday Hours: Saturday morning for drop-off and pick-up for boarding only 7:00 am to 9:00 am.

CANINE BOARDING: $45/DAY

FELINE BOARDING: $30/DAY

Daycare is free(Monday – Friday) for dogs that are boarding with us.

2nd pet: 10% off regular rate

3rd pet & up: 15% off regular rate

DROP OFF/PICKUP HOURS:

Monday – Friday: 6AM – 6PM
(drop-off before 3:00 PM is preferred, for a speedy check in)

Saturday: 7AM – 9AM
(Drop-off and Pick-up)

HOLIDAY/SPRING BREAK POLICY:

Due to the increased volume of holiday & spring break boarding, Paradise requires a 50% non-refundable deposit for the following holidays. (Deposits can be refunded 7 days prior to the holiday week.)

FOOD POLICY

Due to food allergies and digestive problems that sometimes occur when pets change food, we require all boarding dogs and cats to bring their own food.
There will be NO charge for any food brought, including food that needs refrigeration.
Please bring food in plastic container with a lid or in plastic ziploc bags.
We do not allow any glass, ceramic or breakable items to be brought in with your pet.
$3.00 charge per feeding for any pet that does not have their own food. (Paradise food is Science Diet).
If a pet requires turkey & noodles ($2.00), canned food or prescription food provided by Paradise Pet, there will be a $2-$3 charge per bag/can.

KURANDA BEDDING

All dogs receive a Purple Pebble 1″ thick fleece mat, off the ground bed, as well as a fleece blanket.
The run doors have 2 bowl holder built into them for their food and water (bowls provided here).
All floors are heated / cooled with a Geothermal system.
All runs (including food & water bowls) cleaned and sanitized multiple times per day.
All bedding washed daily.

FELINE BOARDING

Special care has been taken in the design of our cat lodging area to ensure the healthiest environment for your cat. Our feline guests will stay in multi-level cat condos with outside window views. We offer a clean, fresh-air environment, with daily activities and constant attention.

The cattery is climate controlled with its own air exchange system. Fresh water and food are available 24 hours a day along with soft music to make your cat’s stay as healthy and stress-free as possible.

A daily report will be kept on each pet monitoring health, activity and food.

All your cat’s necessities will be provided (including litter and litter box, food and water bowls, and toys).

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

To ensure the health of your pet and all others in our facility, we require all pets to be up to date on vaccinations.

Up-to-date vaccinations are required by our facility and by the state to maintain a kennel license. You will need to provide your pet’s vaccination information BEFORE their scheduled appointment. We cannot accept your pet for boarding, daycare, or grooming without up to date vaccinations.

Dogs: Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, & *Bordetella. *Bordetella vaccinations are required every six (6) months unless otherwise advised by your vet.
Influenza (required for all new clients as of 12/1/2024 and existing upon current vaccination expiration - no later than 4/1/2025)
Cats: Rabies & FVRCP. We recommend that your cat receive the Feline Leukemia vaccination, however it is not required.

OTHER BOARDING INFO

Special Handling Fees:

Any dog 11 years or older – geriatric fee of $2.00 extra per day is added.
Any dog requiring medical care or special needs care (recent surgery care or physical disabilities) will be charged $3.00 extra per day.
$1.00 for each medication.
$3.00 for each injection.

Cancellation:

If it is necessary to change or cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may accommodate another pet owner.
